Robert M. Valentine, Esq. – Florida Family Law Mediator

Since 2008, Robert “Bob” Valentine, Esq. has helped hundreds of families navigate complex family law matters, including divorce, child custody, support modifications, and parenting plans. Beginning his career as an associate attorney and later running his own family law practice since 2011, Bob has built a reputation for fairness, compassion, and results.

Throughout his legal career, Bob’s focus has always been on achieving reasonable, lasting solutions that protect families from the financial and emotional toll of prolonged litigation. His passion for peaceful, cost-effective conflict resolution led him to establish Valentine Family Mediations, where he now dedicates his practice exclusively to helping Florida families resolve disputes outside the courtroom.

As a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Mediator, Bob draws on nearly two decades of legal experience to guide couples through productive conversations and craft thorough, enforceable agreements.
