Mediation rates are $250 per hour, with a two-hour minimum charge. After two hours, the parties are billed in 15 minute increments. Payment is shared equally between the parties unless otherwise ordered or agreed. If a mediation is cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice to mediator (excluding weekends and holidays), a minimum fee of $500 will be charged.
